IE again, behaved different when loading files from web then offline, wrote some small scripts to prevent ugly rendering

new design, no more tables ;-), was a hell of work, since IE has lotsa nasty bugs (first version of the page worked in mozilla at the first go, in IE it works now days of work later)

Instead of updating the page I had to delete parts of it today, since Tripod reduced the free webspace from 50 to 20 Mb and I had to do it before they would have.
